We consider our carers to be special people. They are carefully selected for their caring ability, integrity, reliability, flexibility and dedication, with a good sense of humour and common sense.
Many of our carers have been with us since TrewCare was founded in 1993. All our senior carers, supervisors, assistant manager and manager started with TrewCare as carers, obtained their NVQ qualification, gained experience, and were promoted to their present positions.
As a family company providing caring services, we feel it is also important to 'care about our carers.' We care for our carers and together we care for our clients.
