This service is designed for those who are or wish to manage their own budget, thereby being in control over all aspects of the care and support they receive.
There are a variety of services on offer, these may be taken individually or as a complete package.
Care and Support is different for each individual - you choose what you want, when you want it and we will work with you to achieve your objectives - you are free to live the life you truly want to.
SERVICES WE OFFER
Personal Assistant Recruitment - you may choose the total package or individual elements:-
Personal Assistant recruitment package which includes all of the elements listed below.
- Advertising, interviewing and selection of Personal Assistant
- Reference, CRB and experience checks.
- Training - includes, moving and handling, medication administration, health and safety and any specific requirements.
- Holiday and sickness cover
- Payroll management
If you do not wish to employ a personal assistant, we can supply a trained carer who will provide the Care and Support you require - please see our Home Care page.
Support Planning - assistance with composing a care and support plan and putting it into action.
Budget Management - where TrewCare manage your budget for you or act as your broker.
